NEW HYDRO-FLO® ENHANCES HEATING
SYSTEM OPERATION
Morton Grove, IL -- January 27, 1997 -- ITT Bell & Gossett has introduced
Hydro-Flo®, an-easy-to-install, multi-function module that improves
the overall operation and efficiency of residential or light commercial
heating systems.
Assembled from five high quality ITT Fluid Handling components, Hydro-Flo
is ideal for new or retrofit applications in boiler-heated systems including
conventional convector, radiant panel and multi-purpose. The module can
be installed with a wide variety of system configurations, including those
with diaphragm/bladder or steel compression tanks and/or multiple zones.
Both end users and contractors can benefit from the Hydro-Flo concept because
its design and quality components help smaller, boiler-fired systems provide
quiet, even warmth and deliver years of trouble free service.
Specifically, the Hydro-Flo module, which can be pre-assembled in contractors'
shops and quickly installed, includes:
In addition to improving heat distribution and
comfort, the Hydro-Flo module allows boiler-fired systems to operate air-free
and, thus, more quietly. Airless water also improves and thermal conductivity
to reduce energy costs.
