Williamson succeeds Gretchen McClain, who has been promoted to President of ITT Fluid Technology Corporation.
Williamson brings a variety of experience to ITT R&CW. Since July of 2005, he served as the Vice President and Director,
Operational Excellence for ITT Corporation in White Plains, N.Y. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
from California State University – Fullerton, and a Certificate in Strategic Marketing from the Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining ITT, Williamson spent 17 years with Danaher Corporation where he served as Senior VP of Global
Operations for their Electric Test Platform.

heat exchangers, controls, and package solutions for homes, buildings, agriculture, and irrigation. Headquartered
in Morton Grove, Illinois, R&CW had sales exceeding $1-billion in 2006 and includes such leading product brands as
Bell & Gossett, McDonnell & Miller, Goulds Pumps and Lowara.
