Bell & Gossett Publishes
Bulletin on New Triple Duty® Valve
Morton Grove, IL -- October 24, 2003.
| Bell & Gossett has published an informative new bulletin
that provides contractors, wholesalers, and engineers with a variety of useful data on the
new three-in-one Triple Duty® Valve. The four-color, one-page bulletin (B-835)
explains the features and benefits of the versatile new product and facilitates the
selection and installation process. The bulletin explains how the Calibrated Balance
valve, the Non-Slam valve, and the Shut-Off valve are incorporated into one unit to
minimize installation time and material costs. The bulletin also provides detailed
instructions, operating data, and a diagram showing proper installation.
With a straight pattern flange design, the Triple-Duty Valve is designed to perform
functions on the discharge side of hydronic pump systems. The valve acts as a non-slam
check valve for zone pumping, parallel and standby pumping, and condenser water
applications.
