New McDonnell & Miller Series 750B Provides Reliable Control of Pumps, Motor Starters and Electric Valves

Chicago, IL-January 14, 2002-A new line of conductance activated level controls for commercial/industrial steam and hot water boilers has been introduced by McDonnell & Miller. Distinguished by its small panel or plug-in modular mount electronics and remote mounted chamber, the M&M Series 750B product line provides reliable control of pumps, motor starters and electric valves for liquid level control applications.

The main function of the controllers is low water cut-off protection and level control for steam and hot water commercial/industrial boilers. Available in a variety of configurations, the Series 750B controllers provide point actuated level control, low water cut-off, pump on, pump off or high level alarm. The Series 750B is available in two models, 24 VAC and 120 VAC, with automatic or manual reset capabilities. Its remote chamber is designed for steam pressure up to 250 psig. The probes mount in the remote chamber or direct in the boiler shell.
